The weather is really nice. Love the coffee shops here! The mountains. Cheaper than other cities in the country. Easy to rent and to buy a car. Safe.
The way the people drive. Not so many good and different restaurants. Just a few and poor variety. No alcohol allowed, not even for personal consumption. No public transport you need a car.

I was born and I lived in BA until I moved to KSA.
BA is amazing you have many things to do, great night life, public transportation to everywhere.
Insecurity, you cannot use your phone in the street.
