I would like to take this opportunity to briefly introduce myself and kindly ask you to spare a few minutes of your time to look at my showreel, which highlights a few of the projects I have contributed and worked on in the past few years. http://vimeo.com/user8866856/videos My name is Alessandro Maretti, originally born in Italy but presently living in Belgium. Since my early childhood, I had the privilege and chance of living and studying in a few countries here in Asia (i.e. Japan, Singapore and Indonesia). Because of my multi-cultural upbringing, I adapt easily to new environments and have no difficulties in embracing new cultures. In 2008, I graduated in Digital Film Making from the SAE Institute in Brussels. Since then, I have worked on different projects, which include, but are not limited to, music video clips, cameraman, post-production assistant, assistant on live shows, cameraman during festivals, lecturer in video related courses at the CMM (Centre multimedia de Bruxelles).I have also done internships in production companies such as Hallion Pte. Ltd., based in Singapore and worked for a video production company based in Brussels (i.e. Sep Stigo Films), as a cameraman and in video post production. Besides the above projects, which I continue doing on a freelance basis, I have gained experience in customer relations while working in France for the Hilton Roissy Carles de Gaulle hotel as a receptionist, at the Dorint By Novotel Roissy Charles de Gaulle as Front Desk supervisor and at the European Parliament in Brussels as a receptionist. I am currently working as Customer Advisor for the Italian market for the world renowened Louis Vuitton office in Brussels. Since my passion is in video production and cameraman, I am seeking for a job opportunity within Asia.
