Hi to all, i am single 55 yo, no kids, i work in italy near Malpensa Airport Milan, i am invalid handicap person cause motorbike crash, i have every month 600 euro from italian government because i am invalid handicap person, i can take 200 euro from my account at the bank in Italy, total 800 euro every month, my english is not okay, i would like to live in north Vietnam near Hanoi, i need little apartment for rent only for me, i don't want any job or investment in Vietnam, can i have a normal life today near Hanoi with 800 euro every month.
