Introduction

I am retired and lived most of my life in Victoria BC in Canada. My husband and I recently moved here to be with our daughter who married a Spaniard and we have a grandson now. We live near Playa Mucha Vista in Alicante Spain. We are excited to live in a beautiful and sunny climate and have found the people here to be warm and welcoming,

I joined expat.com on 13 August 2022.

I can speak Spanish
Interests i like walking, hike, knit, swimming and snorkling in the ocean here. I speak Spanish but continue learning it. I garden, enjoy cooking various ethnic foods. I miss the social life I experienced in Canada and look forward to meeting new people here.
