Introduction

Retired early after the COVID pandemic; proud to be part of the Great Resignation Generation.

  • I can speak Hungarian, French, English, learning Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.
  • Interests garden, camp, anything and everything at least once. I travel, and currently renovating my familys' home.

Life of leisure...

Harder to assimilate than I thought it would be despite knowing the language. Bureaucratic red tape is just as bad as the USA. People in their governmental roles are less helpful despite being "Magyar" with dual citizenship.

Retired from the nursing profession in the U.S.

Government entities bureaucratic red tape is worse in some ways than in the U.S...people are less helpful if you do not have a Hungarian born person accompanying you.

Born, raised, went to school, degreed RN and Legal Nurse Consultant, married, had 3 boys, divorced, remarried, grandmother of 10, and retired from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in January of 2022.

COVID and the political climate changed my way of thinking, and living; part of the Great Resignation Movement during/after the pandemic.
