I am an ex probation officer who loved her job but loves retirement!I live in Nice centre with my partner Jack who is Dutch. I return to Liverpool to see my daughter Ruth and the rest of my family quite frequently and to London to see my other daughter, Rachel and friends there. I am keen to do some easy exercises to help flatten my stomach and wonder if anyone knows where I can do this. I would love to meet some English people because most of my friends here are not!
