Yes, you need a Pma attorney. Attorney fees vary, to process a pensionado visa runs about $1000-1500. By the way, you can´t work with that visa. Read More

I can only think of two places on the Caribbean, Bocas del Toro @ isla Colon or Bala Beach in Colon and I´m not sure how far that´s along (Bala). There are other communities but it depends on how local you want to live. Read More
