We are David and Christina from San Antonio, Texas. We are very interested in retiring out-of-country. My wife has promised to take my ashes back to Texas. Not yet, though. I had been looking at Manta but just ran across Cuenca. I would like to know the 1st step I need to take. We're in the process of getting our passports. Is there a how-to book? Thanks
