Introduction

I am a professional energy Manager now retired early from Local Government in Scotland. I have 20 years experience in the industry and specialise in Energy Policy, energy Strategy and all other areas of Energy Management. I retired in 2013 and moved to Bulgaria returned to Scotland in Dec 2014 and now moving to Spain in Jan 2016
