About me: University Instructor from America. ( I get lots of requests for English practice but this isn't something I do for fun, that's my JOB! So, please don't write me for "speaking practice"). I'm on this site to speak with locals and expats, to have fun at meetings and learn more about the city together. I've been living in Istanbul since 2006, but my Turkish is very limited :(. I love Starbucks, shopping, socializing, very talkative and open minded. I've kept myself very busy these years with work and am looking to venture out and meet some good people for friendship, networking and social activities. I enjoy people who are warm, kind, smart, driven and compassionate with something meaningful to share. :)
I joined expat.com on 15 January 2012.

I work for a private university (that's my job, not my hobby) hint hint. I love learning about other people, culture and enjoying what the different surroundings have to offer.
I love the food, music and friendly nature of the Turkish people.

I loved the variety of cultural activities that are available to you in NYC.
