Hiya,I am a New Zealander thinking of moving to Melbourne due to the constant earthquake happening in Christchurch. I have a child who is about 1yr, was born profoundly deaf, had a cochlear implant surgery just before Christmas. Will he be looked after under the public health system if anything turns out to be wrong with his cochlear implant? Anyone who has a good understanding about how public health system run could help me it would be great.much appreciated.
