Introduction
Born in Chicago. Taught and worked in Radio-Television-newspaper journalist until retirement. Now retired living in HCMC and giving tutorial lessons in my home. Cant work because I'm too old for a teaching license . I want to continue living here but have difficulty getting visas. I need information on how to get a retirement visa or dual citizenship.
