Hello, I am a head chef for 10 years now. I already own business and I former studied marketing. I really like to give cooking technics to all interested people. Food has to be shared!! I teach cooking, pastry and restaurant management.I feet to all kinds of environement as I always wish to discover the unknown. I am in Bali for 3 months now, working in Ubud.

Wonderfull people, very helpfull. I like everything here, working here is a no stress therapy. the forest in Ubud, the beasch in the South and diving spot in the North are just great. I only miss bahasa but Balinese people speak good english most of the time. i felt in love with bouddhist ceremonies.
I've been there to work with MARIOTT Resort in KL. As the offer was a fake, I decided to stay a little there as people really like the french cuisine. As I visit several hotel restaurant, I finally found chef giving cooking lessons. As I carefully introduced myself, they give me availability to run on my own their cooking lessons.
