Présentation
I am a longtime expat resident of the Cayman Islands in the British West Indies. If you're rich, you will recognise the place as an "offshore" tax haven; if you're poor, it's a divers' paradise. I began writing a blog on local topics, written for a local audience, but after a while I spread my wings to cover issues of general and international interest. It is not always read with pleasure by our local rulers, who generally operate a censorship regime in respect of expatriates. (People intending to live in Cayman ought to read my blog's archives to find out what awaits them.)
