Introduction
American Military (Army) family of 4 looking to emigrate to Estonia. Husband (33) has a Bachelors in Criminal Justice, Wife (31) has Associates in Criminal Justice Administration. Children are boy (1) and girl (6). Looking to move to Tartu/Viljandi area. Any help or advice appreciated!
