Ready for retirement this year. My wife and I have heard wonderful things about Cuenca, Ecuador. We would like to discover this country and live there for awhile. We are now taking some Spanish classes and we want to practice our new language with the locals and make some new friends. We are from Edmonton, Alberta and lived in five provinces of Canada over the years. We recently came back from a two-month trip in Asia. Two years ago, we had the priviledge to visit Central America, visiting Costa Rica and Panama. We are now ready for South America.
