Introduction
my name is Jim, i presently work in Indonesia (onshore but certainly not the touristy area)on 4 and 2 rotation - but not consistent as sometimes i spend time in Aberdeen office. i have accepted a job with Angola LNG in Soyo and will not be staying in camp but housing complex. i have worked and still am with Angolan companies but due to the difficulties getting a visa never been there.

too early to say - except 1st imprssions of comany are very good.
worked withStatoil on various projects
nothing except the work was good
very expensive and somewhat staid
worked on gorgon subsea manifolds in McDermotts fabrication site
people friendly
checked for bombs under car every day couldn't safely walk out during day or night
born there
home for me
nothing
