I am a PhD researcher who has lived and worked in China and South Korea in the past. I am also currently the HR executive for a mid-sized government contractor based in suburban Washington, DC. My immediate project is to complete my dissertation research on the impact of social networks and groups on the assignment success of female expatriates in Asia.
