hi, i bought an apartment in Herceg Novi in 2004, been trying to sell it, ran out of money to complete final cosmetic restoration issues, willing to rent but couple of outstanding bits of work to do (kitchen needs a sink). just trying to make contact with people in the area with view to possibly relocating from London or assistance with renting, sale, etc
