Our family is moving to Tain Scotland first quarter of 2014. I have many questions but a "special few" that I really need help with. Does Scotland allow homeschooling? Is there a limit to the number of animals you can bring from the states? I have 3 cats and two dogs. Live in the city or outskirts? Cost of living? Thanks for any help :)
