I am French and after a few years as an expat I'm back in Nice, France. I realized it is extremely hard to make friends in Miami if you're not in school anymore or don't have an office job... especially if you don't want to socialize with people from your home country. You really need to be active in your research of friends!

I went to Hyderabad for an intership with a non profit organization called "Marica". It own 3 schools and aims at giving a good education to local kids, and sponsor poor or disabled kids to give them a chance in life.
How friendly and welcoming people were! The fact that it was a completely different life experience
The food, way too spicy for me :D The pollution, barely bearable some days
I was born and raised in Nice :)
