I am here to share knowledge about teaching and living in the Middle East. Currently, teaching in Saudi Arabia. Here is my biography. Sarah studied at Portland State University and received her Bachelors Degree in Communication. She studied three years of Arabic and one year of Farsi. She has taught in UAE, Turkey, Oman and Saudi Arabia. She has a Masters Degree in International Peace and Conflict Resolution with a focus on the Middle East. She has a TESOL license and a Master TEFL Diploma. She is a member of TESOL Arabia and the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development. She has published articles on curriculum development in ICE Magazine and teaching strategies. She is currently studying a Doctor of Educational Leadership, and conducting research regarding what works in the Saudi classroom. She has worked in a variety of ESL settings including language schools, primary, secondary and university. She has extensive experience conducting professional development workshops and observing.
