During those tumultuous times of civil war, I have witnessed the struggles and sacrifices of the Libyan people in their quest for freedom. It was one experience I will never forget. Abu Dhabi and Dubai, is a much safer place to live in with all the amenities and conveniences one can not easily find in a war-torn country struggling to establish itself, yet, I would still say Tripoli has been my home away from home. After UAE's megacities, I found myself trudging along the narrow streets of old London, a place so rich in history and architecture that I almost felt like being brought back in time. What can I say? It's culturally diverse with more freedom, more opportunities, and more for me to explore...

Will be moving again to this place beginning of next year...Once an expat...will always be an expat..
This once unfamiliar place to me is now what I call home.
Everything and nothing. London has grown on me that I find it hard to leave this place.
The hustle and bustle of this concrete jungle, sometimes I would wish to be far away from this place.
It made me braver and stronger having to move farther away on my own.
It was just too warm for me.
Living there during civil war was an experience I will never forget.
Because of the crises happening all around, it made you think of the more important things in life such as relationships and even life itself.
