Kroonstad (Maokeng): Birth, Pre-school, High-school, Work Vredefort: Work
Kroonstad (Maokeng): What I like is everybody is SO friendly. They will help you where they can. I got also lot of friends there and they are all AWESOME. Vredefort: I like about the place is it is how i expected the whole South Africa would be.
Kroonstad (Maokeng): Been mugged several times, they kill my Granny at the post office, try to rape my best friend sister at her house, stole my car behind lock doors and gates. Some people (Blacks and whites)still live in the Old South-Africa and they usually come up with racist remarks. While I was working in hospitality (not saying hotel, guesthouse, lodge or what ever people know me would know where i worked as an bartender during studies)there was an African lady while serving at the restaurant a foreigner (came oversee for holiday) she buy an packet of cigarettes at the garage. Cigarettes cost R17.50 and he gave her R100. Change she gave back was just R32.50 and pocketed the R50. If I didn't see the change the poor guy would have been robed, luckily he was sitting close to the bar. (Sound bit bad but hey what can you expect living here for more than 20 years, really not that bad) Vredefort: Bit of racism between black vs white but they are all beautiful people. They stole my cellphone out of my office 1 day. All workers help me to get my cellphone back. FLIP i miss that place. Just bad the people working for in all departments of small towns/city's don't appreciate the people working for them even though you work at their occupation or independent worker as the act states. But nobody's perfect in life.
