I am a Bulgarian Lawyer, a PhD in Law and an Associate Professor at University. As a part-time lecturer I try to contribute to the research and studies with my practice in different law cases. Recently I have very successful practice in dealing with legal issues about safe financial real estate transactions avoiding any risks to either parties involved. It appears a very much grey area currently not safely conducted even by notaries in Bulgaria. Finding the best legal solution to complex legal issues where the role of a good lawyer more than pays for itself. Another field I am an expert in is Business Law, Companies creation and full legal service of the business. My dissertation in Cross-Border Mergers is still an unique and extremely successful research which is still to be applied in Bulgarian and European business climate. Companies operating in the European Single Market without the limit of the boundaries is very much a reality and not a dream any longer, as far as the complex and international conflicts of law legal provisions are applied with expert advice which could be not only essential but at times a question of survival. I have also practice in settlement citizenship, marriage and Tax Revenue protecting procedures. I speak fluent English and Russian and understand German with good desire to speak it fluently as well.
