Greetings. My wife and I are contemplating a move to Paraguay, in order to take on an opportunity that has been presented. It would involve helping others move down to South America, and establishing their passports. We have always contemplated a move to somewhere cheaper than Vancouver, and you can't get much cheaper than Asuncion. We hope to make this work.
