I joined on looking at your article on expat woes from frozen bank accounts in KSA. I have left the Kingdom and been drawing money from the Samba ATM in Dubai but finally it sees my old employer has got round to cancelling my iqama and the account has frozen. My problem is I have already left the Kingdom, with no iqama to renew. Is it lost money or is there a way of drawing down the balance and closing the account?
