Looking for serviced apartment by sovzie

Hey there, Land lord just sprung on us he needs us out by next week. We won't be in Ho Chi Minh much longer so we're thinking a serviced apt. or even a roomy hotel room (kitchen preferred) would do. Does anyone know of any in Phu My Hung? Thanks!
