Bringing change and dealing with it when it happens is essential to happiness. Without it we'd stagnate and go mad with boredom. Adaptation creates the energy that keeps us going. Be in charge and decide what you want to change and try to make it happen or allow change to happen to you because it's brought by events or other poeple's actions. Make a list of what you want to change and pick one every week starting with the easier and upwards. By doing this you are building a new 'can-do' belief, witch helps you embrace change. It's scary to take risks, but it can be rewarding witch doesn't have to be big
