Gr8expectations

American family. Negotiating a relocation package with my international company for a position in Brussels. Father, mother are fluent in French. Two daughters (11, 8). Oldest daughter speaks and reads French fluently (though not yet been taught the grammatical written rules). Though the youngest daughter understands French, she speaks and reads it to a much lesser degree. Both are "A" students in their respective grades.
