2015 - I moved to Singapore in March 2015. It is time to start all over again. Public transportation is amazing here. I am learning to find my way around. Making friends is a priority.. 2013 - I've been in Phnom Penh almost three months now. I swim and workout in the morning and take two hours of French in the afternoon. I use binoculars to watch people, traffic, and boats on the river from my balcony. We went to Chiang Mai for my birthday. We spent the last two weeks in El Nido on Palawan Island in the Philippines island hopping and snorkeling. I like it here. I would like to meet new friends. Luna ---------------------------------------------------------------- I am going to visit my son in Phnom Penh. I am a retired teacher. I've been taking courses at the local university here. Now, I'm ready to learn about new things in live, make friends, and participate in community activities. I am searching the internet for opportunities to study beginning French somewhere in Phnom Penh. I will arrive around March 1, 2013 Luna

Nice people, great pubic transportation, beautiful country.
I am gathering information about life in Singapore I visited the local Community Center and purchased a Passion Card. I've walked in all directions and explored businesses in the area. I have taken the train to several places, including food courts. I hope to make a schedule once I decide what will make me happy.
I like the landscape, beautiful well kept streets, fancy buses, and orderly traffic. I love the HDB lifestyle. I like the well maintained elevators. The bus stop is at the foot of my building. Everyone I've come in contact with in Singapore is polite and kind.
