RAF 1965-78 including 16 months in Malta at RAF Luqa but lived for most of it in a flat in Marsaskala out on Zonqor point. The block of flats was the only thing there then! After the RAF spent 8 years in Jeddah and Riyadh and then constant travel all over Europe, Middle East, Russia, Ukraine, Scandinavia, Mediterranean and a couple of trips to the States, all on business. Had a trip to Malta September/October 2012, first time back on the islands for 38 years, terrific and would like to live there. A friend, who I met while there, has taken the plunge and is moving to Gozo. Now I just have to persuade my wife! Now living in Gloucester, UK.
