I am an expat living in Istanbul, just came down here to Turkey December 2012 after a long time living in different cities in the United States, last city I lived was in Miami. I am currently helping out for the American Citizens living abroad as a volunteer base in Istanbul. American Citizens Abroad is a volunteer organization. ACA works on behalf of representing the interests of Americans citizens living and working overseas to insure that Americans overseas are treated with equality and fairness.
