Hello everyone, I would like to travel a little bit across the US in the next few months, so I thought it would be nice to know a few people from here and there in the USA. These people/friends could advise me on where to go, what to do and of course it would be nice to meet once there... I'm a big fan of country music : Brad Paisley, Chris Young, Rascal Flatts, Luke Bryan, .... you name them, I have their albums :-) I like also the little I know about the American culture, history and mentality but I would like to know more. I have been living in the UK for 4 years now and I can see how different mindsets can be from one country to another. In life I'm a very social person, always with a smile on my face, happy to meet new people, to get to know them and to make them feel comfortable around me. don't be shy, come and say hello :-) Arnie

I wanted to live in an english speaking country to have a "perfect" english level... I think I achieved it (more or less).
the city where I live (Bath) is the most beautiful city, not from my point of view but from the point of view of travel guides, english people, ... I absolutely love it !
People are crazy about football and rugby... I am not !!! so a nit boring sometimes when your friends decline a drink or an activity to watch Rugby or football
I have already lived in 2 countries for my work and nothing is set in stone so far, so, who knows, I might still move one more time.... before settling down
culture, Traditions, History, country music, ...
the clichés made by people who have never been there before and judge american people before knowing them....
