I am looking to rent a Office in Varna maybe around 300-500 sq.ft. As well as rent a 2 bed flat overlooking the sea if possible. Any information about the cost would be appreciated.
It might be difficult to rent an apartment overlooking the sea in Varna, unless you are prepared to to rent in one of the old communist style tower blocks. However, there are good 2 bed apartments, near the sea (in the centre) for around 750 levs ... Read More

Yeah I think 1500E per sq.m is a bit too expensive, and not as central as less expensive modern apartments nearer the centre. There is a majestic looking new apartment block buing built on Miladinovi St (200m parallel from slivinitsa - slivinitza ... Read More

Most 2 bedroom modern apartments are 1000-1200E per sq.m in the centre of Varna, which I think is still good value. Both Varna & Burgas are good cities. Depends what you are looking for I suppose, but Varna is a lot more vibrant than Burgas, ... Read More

Hi everybody, I will be visiting Varna and Burgas during January 2017. I would appreciate to meet somebody living in the area in order to get some advice about local life, prices, housing.... Thanks Max
Massimo, I was in Varna in january too (cold wasnt it?!), and modern 2 bed apartments in the centre were around 1000E per sq.m. So 1 bedroom apartments should be considerably less. Each to their own, but I prefer Varna to Burgas, Read More
