I am from Minnesota, USA. I was in the residential construction business for about 25 years, have been a licensed realtor for 30. I have 3 children and 3 grandchildren and opened my home to over 40 foster children. My youngest daughter just turned 18 and I feel I can now have my own life. Yippee! I know I want to retire in a warm climate. I have owned property (lots) in Belize for about 6 years and have traveled there a few times and I love it. I hope to spend this next winter there looking at different places and properties before making a decision I may regret.
