Introduction
I was born in Quito Ecuador but have lived in the US since I was three. I am an ex Army officer working and living in Maryland. I'm planning on retiring in Ecuador. I visited the country last year for the first time in more than 15 years and was pretty impressed with the growth potential and the people.
