my name is kevin, i met a girl (van) online in cam rahn, vn. about 6 years ago...5 yrs. ago we were married, a year ago we had a son, ( hunter). 2 years ago she was turned down for a visa because they didnt believe our marriage was true. it was and is...in my appeal i sent a copy of our sons birth certificate, passport and social security card. ( all issued from the U.S.A. ) but even before that we filed a new petition for immagration. everything seems stalled. at best nothing will change an they will most likely never come here, i have spent 2 months each of the past 6 years in vn. its now become a difficult financial burden,i am thinking maybe its time to just say screw it , and move there..my wife feels the same, all we want is to be together...to raise our son..but as before , my wife an i are stupid as to what we need to do etc. i have spent thousands on lawyers etc. for info, and help. an believe now the only way i will know anything that can help me is , asking those who have done this, or anything close, please help us
