I'm a researcher from the University of Granada (Spain), and I want to go to Oran (Algeria) to spend a short stay at the University. Just looking for a room to let in June in a good place with nice people. I speak Spanish, Arabic, English (I do my best) and a little bit of French. Also I need some advice about life in Algeria, specially in Oran. Best quarters to live, average of rent and bills, etc.
