@Danruffennach you can check prices in that area by going to fb marketplace. Give your location as PCana and under categories for that area you will find rentals and sales. Also Google"realtors in PC", and you will find a listing inc. Remax, etc. Read More

@joelconcepcion28 Don't think 3k would be enough for 2 living in that area comfortably. Las Canas is just outside of Cap Cana which has high prices, and you might feel a bit left out if you are unable to afford them. Read More
