I am moving back to UK after 4 years in the middle east
Weather and salaries were not to bad at one point
Too much uncertainty, no job given to people with talent, too much undercutting and now packages are silly for management roles please your paying 35K to VP's anywhere else in the world they earn 50k plus per month.
