Maguy40

My nama is Maguy, i come from Spain. I arrived here on Stockholm just two weeks. I don't understand the swedish's language but i speak spanish, french and english, my level is not very high. I am looking for job, many people said that i need the personamer if i find job. I want to ask if somebody can help me explaining me how to get this personamer and if i need a contract. thank you
