Introduction
I am Mesrach Hailu, I am from Ethiopia Arbaminch, for the last seven years till now I have worked in Arbaminch College of Health Sciences. During my stay in the college I was working as lecturer, Unit Coordinator, College Registrar, Vice dean and UNICEF WaSH Project coordinator at the college.
