My Name is Hussain Alalwan and I come from an ancient city in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia called Al-Qatif. In 1979, I earned a fast track scholarship from Saudi Aramco to Study Mechanical Engineering at the University of Miami, Florida. Upon earning my BS Degree, I came back and worked in many organization within Saudi Aramco. From 1985 till mid 1994, I was working in the Mechanical Shops Services Department working on the repair of all Rotating Equipment specifically on Industrial heavy duty and airoderivative Gas Turbines. This was followed by 3 years rotational assignment in the Oil & gas Producing Operation. In 1997 and until 2011, I joined Project Management and worked as Senior Project Engineer and Project Manager on oil & gas projects in-kingdom and out of kingdom. On September 2011, I took an early retirement and currently working as Senior Consultant with the capacity of Managing Director for new Business Development with Hitachi ltd.
