I am an ex advertising, magazine, print media graphic designer and art director who baked pies and until a few years ago, ran a hostel, restaurant & kitchens in Bangkok. I didn't have a lot of free time and found it hard to get away from the business, which has, in the past, made it hard to develop relationship outside of work. I am divorced, have one daughter who lives with her Thai mother in Australia. I have had a few other longer term relationships. I've been in one for over three years now and, at the time of writing this, I have a son, now two years old. I moved back to Australia, after waiting ages for a new project to get started in Ranong, still not having started I was looking for somewhere to start again and felt I might have found it in Sihanoukville. Boy, was I wrong. Three years and a loss of $80,000 and I now call it Sleaze-Slime-Scam'n'Scumville. No place for an honest man to try and run a business. I;ve now moved on to Kampot which has a lot more going for it and is a far better place to raise a family..
