Hi, I'm a British born, East-African Indian (Gujarat/Uganda/Kenya). I have been living in Berlin since 2007 and am really missing contact with the Indian community. I fear I will soon lose my mother tongue - rarely get the chance to speak Gujarati these days. I am open to meeting other people too, especially if you have kids, are lesbian/gay, want to take up a new sport, or enjoy gardening. I'd prefer doing my professional networking on other platforms such as Linkedin and Xing - where you can also find me. However, in case you are wondering: I work as a consultant for the non-profit sector and am specialised on water, governance and sustainability. A product of many cultures myself, I integrate fast and love travelling. Most recently, I worked in Pakistan, Burma (Myanmar) and Kenya. In Germany, I'm currently very much interested about your experiences with integration, discrimination and feeling of equality.
