I am 62 and living in Texas. Ready to kick back and have an adventure after having worked very hard all my life. Wife and I are looking for " the place" to consider. I do love sailing an have a large sailboat here in the Dallas area,, may want to find a place where there is a marina for the next boat to berth. We are primarily looking for a more hospitable climate than 100 + summers, and an area with a lively expat community where we can make friends and share experiences.
