Hi there, I'm a 26 years old Belgian male, master chocolatier and after living and working in London for a year I got an offer to start and manage some concepts in Jeddah and later on throughout the middle east, so I decided to take the plunge into adventure :)

setting up a premium chocolate concept
chocolatier for luxury hotel Cafe Royal working with the famous pastry chef Simon Jenkins, later on I would move on to MARC restaurants to become head chocolatier of the patisserie department, there I designed the first line of chocolates for the "Greenhouse" wich received its 2nd michelin star in that period
