I'm sociable, open-minded to new ideas/ different point of views; interested in discussions of what is going on around (politics, social issues, adventures, religion/philosophy/psychology). I would love to try/ learn new stuff from the others :), also improve my English writing (academic) skill & learning French. I'm now a yoga instructor (RYS 200 Yoga Alliance cert), who don't see my work only as a fitness coach but a positive (mentally & physically healthy) lifestyle one as well. I teach gentle hatha yoga & pranayama :). In return, I share living/doing biz experiences in Vietnam and could help you to practice yoga as a new practitioner :) (we have the free beginner class on weekend's morning). Glad to see you all!
