After many years of supporting companies to grow in an international setting related to Japan, I have completely shifted my focus to my true passion: Japanese food resp. Udon. I have about 20 years of professional experience in life science and business development (sales/marketing/research), in addition respected leadership skills with know-how in management, training and motivating sales force in Asia, plus multilingual fluency (German, English, Japanese, French, intermediate Spanish).
